Mr. Hallmark has a B.S. in Management from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, cum laude. He has an M.B.A. from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He obtained his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama.

Mr. Hallmark is licensed to practice law in state courts in Tennessee, Texas and Alabama and in the U.S. District Courts, Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama and the Western District of Texas.
